While providing essential care and services, the Ottawa Counselling and Psychotherapy Centre suffered from a number of problems. The Centre’s website was old and outdated, which made it difficult for visitors to navigate. It also wasn’t mobile friendly, which reduced the number of visitors remaining on the page while using mobile devices. They also failed to rank for any of their industry keywords through organic search results, and failed to generate enough leads through their website.
To combat these problems, we undertook a two-fold strategy to help them build a more successful organization. First, we developed a new, user and mobile friendly website for them that not only encouraged mobile users to remain on the site, but made it easier for all users to navigate and find information they needed. We also developed a strategic SEO plan to ensure that the Centre ranked well for their targeted keywords through organic search results.
